Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping
We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping via standard delivery. Shipping times vary based on location, and tracking is provided once your item leaves our hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
All Kyla Louise pieces are made in limited quantities and are final sale. Please double-check your order before placing it. If you believe you've received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at kylalouisedesign@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll handle it from there.
Order Issues
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, missing item, etc.), please email kylalouisedesign@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.
Cancellations & Edits
We do not accept cancellations or edits to orders once they are placed. Please review your selections carefully before checking out.
